Clinton College and City of Rock Hill Partner to Offer Community Opportunities

Clinton College Receives Grant Award from NNSA

The U.S. Department of Energy鈥檚 National Nuclear Security Administration (DOE/NNSA) awarded $7 million for workforce development and training supporting plutonium pit production to minority-serving educational institutions in New Mexico and South Carolina. Many of us vividly remember where we were when we received the news and watched the images of the twin towers of the World Trade Center of New York City consumed with fire and smoke. Remote learning to continue for spring semester

Since the start of the semester, the administration has closely monitored the public health conditions locally and nationally. A COVID-19 Task Force has been working diligently to put appropriate protocols in place in anticipation of a full return to campus in the spring. Clinton College鈥檚 newly renovated dining hall, New Millennium Caf茅, has been the center of delicious food and fellowship among students, faculty, and staff since the Fall semester began. The New Millennium Caf茅 was revealed just a few weeks ago and students have enjoyed the modern dining experience that boasts a menu that includes homestyle entrees, made-to-order deli sandwiches, oven-baked pizza, and a fresh salad bar.

Clinton College Receives a Donation from Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

Clinton College has received support from one of the oldest Black Greek-letter sororities in the United States. On Tuesday, several members from the Rock Hill Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated presented a check of $769.84 to Clinton College 鈥� the only historically black college in York County.
